Transcendia, a leader in custom engineered materials for critical product components in a wide range of markets and applications, today announced the appointment of John Bagnuolo as the company’s President & Chief Executive Officer.
John brings over 30 years of leadership experience implementing strategic plans and driving market growth across diverse businesses and markets, most recently serving as President & CEO of MW Industries, a leading provider of precision components for medical, aerospace and industrial markets. As CEO, John grew the business by championing commercial excellence, developing and implementing operational improvement strategies and executing strategic acquisitions. Prior to MW Industries, John was Business Unit Vice President for Rexam Healthcare, responsible for the leadership of its Global Containers & Closures Business Unit, and spent over 10 years at Danaher, including as a Vice President of Operations. John’s career has been dedicated to improving the commercial and operational performance at a broad range of manufacturing companies, having begun his career at Texas Instruments Incorporated and then Johnson and Johnson in engineering before transitioning to general management roles.
