Transcendia, a leader in custom engineered materials for critical product components in a wide range of markets and applications announces Scott Gummow has joined the organization as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. As a member of the senior leadership team, Scott will be responsible for talent development and performance management, compensation and benefits programs and implementing the organization’s value initiatives.
Scott brings nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience across multiple manufacturing segments including precision metal-based components, automotive automation and advanced airflow solutions. He has a proven track record of driving business growth through organizational alignment as well as developing HR systems and implementing process improvements that create a scalable organization and eliminate transactional work.
Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial technology and his master’s degree in human resources training and development from Illinois State University.
